DELBERT SISEMORE, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the 102nd District Court Bowie County, Texas
Trial Court No. 14F0490-102 Before Morriss, C.J., Moseley and Burgess, JJ. ORDER

Delbert Sisemore appeals from his conviction of aggravated robbery. The reporter's record in this matter was filed October 21, 2015, and the clerk's record was filed November 5, making Sisemore's appellate brief originally due December 9, 2015. That deadline was extended twice by this Court, resulting in the most recent due date of February 4, 2016. Sisemore has now filed a third motion seeking an additional extension of the briefing deadline.

We have reviewed Sisemore's third motion to extend time as well as the appellate record in this case, and we find no compelling information to convince us that a third extension of the filing deadline is warranted. Consequently, Sisemore's fourth motion to extend time to file his appellate brief is overruled.

We order counsel to file Sisemore's appellate brief with this Court on or before February 11, 2016.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
