Decision heretofore handed down on June 28, 1949 ( ante, p. 986), is amended to read as follows: Appeal from an order of the Ulster County Special Term, dated December 3, 1948, which directed a reference in the above entitled foreclosure action; and appeal from an order of the Ulster County Special Term, dated March 19, 1949, which among other things denied defendants-appellants' motion for an order opening their default. Orders unanimously affirmed, with $10 costs, and stay vacated.
