The petition is granted and David Siplin is hereby afforded a belated appeal from the May 12, 2005, order denying a motion to correct illegal sentence in Duval County Circuit Court case number 16-2001-CF-3325-AXXX-MA. Upon issuance of mandate in this cause, a copy of this opinion will be provided to the clerk of the lower tribunal who is directed to treat it as a notice of appeal. Fla.R.App.P. 9.141(c)(5)(D).

PETITION GRANTED.
