DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION
Motion to vacate dismissal of appeal taken by notice of appeal dated June 18, 2018, for consolidation of appeals and for extension of time to perfect appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to vacate the dismissal of the appeal taken by notice of appeal dated June 18, 2018 is granted, without costs, and it is further
ORDERED that the motion for consolidation of the appeals is granted, without costs, to the extent that the appeals taken by notices of appeal dated June 18, 2018, November 8, 2018 and March 22, 2019 shall be heard together and may be perfected upon a joint record and brief, and it is further
ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeals is granted, without costs, and the time is extended to July 8, 2019.
