In the Matter of the Application of Andrew Sinzheimer and Marsha Sinzheimer, Petitioners-Appellants, v. For the enforcement of the removal of U.S. Trust, formerly operating Surrogate's Court as Merrill Lynch Trust Company, File No. 1418/15 from the Sinzheimer Credit Shelter Trust, pursuant to the Ronald and Marsha Sinzheimer Family Trust Agreement, dated January 27, 1997, between Ronald Sinzheimer, as settlor, Marsha Sinzheimer, as settlor, and Frederick M. Altman, as Trustee, and for other relief.


Petitioners-appellants having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal taken from an order of the Surrogate's Court, New York County, entered on or about April 14, 2016, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the October 2017 Term.
