QUINCY K.A. SINTIM AND SHIRLEY H. SINTIM, Appellants v. BRIAN LARSON AND MICHELLE LARSON, Appellees

On Appeal from the 61st District Court Harris County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 2014-50950

ORDER

This is an appeal from a judgment signed November 20, 2015. The notice of appeal in this case was filed on December 3, 2015. Neither the clerk's record nor the reporter's record has been filed. Both the district clerk and the court reporter have informed the court appellants have not paid or made arrangements to pay for the record.

On December 10, 2015, the court notified appellants that if they did not, within fifteen days, provide proof that they had paid or arranged to pay for the reporter's record, we may consider and decide those issues or points that do not require a reporter's record. See Tex. App. P.37.3(c).

On December 16, 2015, the court notified all parties of the court's intention to dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution unless, within fifteen days, appellants provided proof that they had paid or made arrangements to pay for the clerk's record. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b).

Appellants have not provided this court with proof of payment for either the clerk's record or the reporter's record.

On January 8, 2016, the court ordered appellants to pay the filing fee of $205 by January 19, 2016, or the appeal would be dismissed. Appellants paid the fee on January 27, 2016.

Accordingly, the court orders as follows:

Appellants are ordered to provide proof to this court that they have paid or made arrangements to pay for the clerk's record and the reporter's record on or before February 15, 2016.See Tex. R. App. P. 5. If appellants fail to timely provide such proof with respect to the reporter's record, we may consider and decide those issues or points that do not require a reporter's record. If appellants fail to timely provide such proof with respect to the clerk's record, the appeal will be dismissed.
