In the report, respondent indicated that, on June 24, 2021, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Ohio dismissed petitioner's bankruptcy case, which was then closed on July 30, 2021. Respondent attached to the report a copy of the Bankruptcy Court's Order Dismissing Debtor's Case. The premises considered, it is
