Aundrea SINGLETON v. BOSTON HOUSING AUTHORITY.
The order entered June 14, 2019, is reversed. The case is remanded to the Housing Court for entry of a judgment remanding the matter to the Boston Housing Authority hearing officer with instructions to conduct a de novo informal hearing consistent with due process and the memorandum and order of the Appeals Court.
