DIMITRIA SINGLETON-HARRIS APPELLANT v. STATE OF ARKANSAS APPELLEE

MOTION FOR INDIGENCY

DETERMINATION OR IN THE

ALTERNATIVE FOR A HEARING;

MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS

COUNSEL; FIRST AMENDED

MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS

COUNSEL

MOTIONS GRANTED.

PER CURIAM

As reflected by an amended sentencing order entered on May 13, 2013, a jury in the Miller County Circuit Court found appellant Dimitria Singleton-Harris guilty of rape, aggravated assault, robbery, kidnapping, and aggravated residential burglary for which she received a cumulative sentence of forty-four years in prison. Her retained counsel, Jasmine F. Crockett, filed a notice of appeal on appellant's behalf.

Counsel has filed a motion before this court seeking a determination that appellant is indigent for purposes of appeal. As reflected by appellant's affidavit in support of the request to proceed in forma pauperis, appellant is indigent, and we grant her motion.

Counsel has also filed a motion to withdraw as counsel and an amended motion to withdraw as counsel, based on the assertion that she lacks experience in appellate matters. We grant counsel's motions to withdraw and appoint attorney Tim Cullen to represent appellant on appeal.

It is so ordered.
