ORDER

¶1 Department II of the Court, composed of Chief Justice González and Justices Madsen, Stephens, Yu, and Whitener, considered at its March 29, 2022, Motion Calendar whether review should be granted pursuant to RAP 13.4(b) and unanimously agreed that the following order be entered.

¶2 IT IS ORDERED:

¶3 That the petition for review is denied. Dr. Barnett's motion to modify the Chief Justice's and Commissioner's ruling denying his motion to file an amicus memorandum is denied.
