ORDER

The Court has before it appellant's fourth motion to extend time to file his brief. In the motion, appellant asks for a four-day extension. We GRANT the motion and ORDER appellant's brief due by 5:00 p.m. April 7, 2017. If appellant's brief is not filed by the deadline stated, these appeals will be abated for abated for a hearing under rule 38.8(b). See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.8(b)(2).
