Sara Marie Singh v. Roshan Singh

LC No. 20-000592-DM

ORDER

Christopher M. Murray, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:

The claim of appeal, motion for stay of proceedings, and motion for immediate consideration are DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction because the September 2, 2021 order is not a final order appealable by right. MCR 7.203(A)(1); MCR 7.202(6)(a). Specifically, the April 14, 2021 judgment was the first judgment that disposed of all the claims and adjudicated the rights and liabilities of all the parties, and that judgment has not been reversed. MCR 7.202(6)(a)(i). Appellant's application for leave to appeal the September 2, 2021 order, motion for stay of proceedings, and motion for immediate consideration remain pending in Docket No. 358659.
