(1) the respondent Sarbjeet Kaur is interested in responding to the appeal, or
(2) the respondent Sarbjeet Kaur is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that she has been unable to contact the respondent Sarbjeet Kaur, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
