IT IS ORDERED that the Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus Under 28 U.S.C. § 2241 (ECF No. 1) and Amended Petition (ECF No. 10) are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE for lack of jurisdiction.
