ORDER

This case is on the calendar of the Court's April 23, 2023 trial session for New York City, New York. On February 22, 2023, petitioners filed a Motion for Partial Summary Judgment. Respondent filed an objection to petitioners' motion on March 17, 2023. On March 24, 2023, the parties filed a Motion for Continuance.

Upon due consideration, it is ORDERED that petitioners' Motion for Partial Summary Judgment is held in abeyance. It is further

ORDERED that the parties' Motion for Continuance is granted, in that, this case is stricken from the aforementioned calendar and the parties are excused from appearing at the Court's April 24, 2023, trial session for New York City, New York. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before June 26, 2023, the parties shall file a status report to inform the Court of the then-present status of this case.
