An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about February 25, 2019, which denied the petition and dismissed the proceeding, and vacated the temporary restraining order staying the demolition of the subject building located at 2999 Fulton Street, Brooklyn, New York 11208,And petitioner-appellant having moved for a stay of the demolition of the subject building, pending hearing and determination of the appeal taken, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
