This case was assigned to this Division of the Court on November 13, 2023. On April 24, 2024, petitioner's counsel, Shannon Garcia, filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. The Motion does not state whether counsel has provided prior notice of the Motion to petitioner or whether petitioner objects to the Motion, see Rule 23(c)(4)(A), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before May 24, 2024, Ms. Garcia shall file a supplement to the Motion to Withdraw as Counsel, and provide the Court the information required by Rule 23(c)(4)(A), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure.
