This case was assigned to this Division of the Court on November 13, 2023. On December 23, 2023, petitioner's counsel, Joseph Shafik, filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. The Motion does not state whether counsel has provided prior notice of the Motion to petitioner or whether petitioner objects to the Motion, see Rule 23(c)(4)(A), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure. The Motion also does not include petitioner's current mailing address, email address (if any) and telephone number, see Rule 23(c)(4)(B). Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before January 26, 2024, Mr. Shafik shall file a supplement to the Motion to Withdraw as Counsel, and provide the Court the information required by Rule 23(c)(4), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure.
