On February 27, 2023, this case was called from the calendar for the remote Portland, Oregon Trial Session. Petitioner and counsel for respondent appeared and were heard. During the calendar call, petitioner moved the Court for a continuance. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Oral Motion for Continuance is granted. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further
