ORDER

Courtney D. Jones, Judge.

This case was called from the calendar at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on September 19, 2022, in New York City, New York. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared and advised the Court that the parties had reached a basis for settlement (Doc. 12). The undersigned retained jurisdiction of this case and directed the parties to file a proposed stipulated decision on or before November 18, 2022. On November 17, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Entry of Decision (Doc. 13).

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before December 13, 2022, petitioner shall file an objection or response to respondent's Motion for Entry of Decision. Failure to respond to this order will likely result in the granting of respondent's Motion and entry of decision as set forth at Exhibit A therein.
