On Return to Remand


We remanded this cause to the trial court with instruction to resentence the appellant, Phillip Sims. 663 So.2d 975. The trial court has returned to us its order resentencing the appellant to 20 years' imprisonment on each robbery conviction, with the sentences to be served consecutively.

The judgment of the trial court is affirmed.

AFFIRMED.

All Judges concur.
