MARK SIMS, Appellant, v. THE STATE OF NEVADA, Respondent.

UNPUBLISHED OPINION

ORDER OF AFFIRMANCE

Gibbons, C.J.

Mark Sims appeals from an amended judgment of conviction filed on April 13, 2022. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Jerry A. Wiese, Chief Judge.

Sims claims the district court erred by fully revoking his probation. However, the judgment of conviction Sims appeals from did not fully revoke his probation. Because Sims' claim on appeal does not arise from any amendment reflected in the April 13, 2022, amended judgment of conviction, his claim is not properly raised in this appeal. See Jackson u. State, 133 Nev. 880, 882, 410 P.3d 1004, 1006 (Ct. App. 2017). Therefore, we

ORDER the amended judgment of conviction AFFIRMED.

Sims' probation was fully revoked in an order for revocation of probation and amended judgment of conviction filed on March 18, 2022. Sims' notice of appeal was filed on May 11, 2022, well outside the 30-day time frame for a timely appeal. See NRAP 4(b)(1)(A); NRAP 26(c).
