ON MOTION FOR REHEARING


We grant rehearing, withdraw our opinion filed January 22, 1997, and affirm the trial court's summary denial of appellant's rule 3.850 motion. The issue of prejudice has already been addressed and determined adversely to appellant. See Sims v. State, 637 So.2d 21 (Fla. 4th DCA 1994).
