For the reasons assigned in the companion case entitled "Nora Sims v. Obie V. Sims," 422 So.2d 618, in which a separate judgment is rendered by us this date, the judgment appealed in the present case is affirmed. All costs of this appeal are assessed against the defendant-appellant, Nora Sims.

AFFIRMED.
