ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Travis A. Greaves Judge.

On April 18, 2024, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. On April 22, 2024, the Court directed petitioner to file a response to respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. To date, there has been no response by or on behalf of petitioner.

This case was called from the calendar during the Court's May 13, 2024, Chicago, Illinois trial session. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed April 18, 2024, is taken under advisement. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner shall, on or before, June 12, 2024, show cause in writing why respondent's motion should not be granted.

Petitioner is advised that the failure to respond to this Order to Show Cause could result in the dismissal of the case and entry of decision as requested in respondent's motion.
