ORDER

On March 23, 2023, the Court entered its Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction due to petitioner's failure to pay the filing fee in this case, and this case was closed.

On April 24, 2023, petitioner submitted the filing fee.

In view of the foregoing and the premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction, entered March 23, 2023, is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 17, 2023, petitioner shall file an Objection, if any, to respondent's Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, issued March 9, 2023. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of that motion to dismiss.
