Opinion

No. 1D00-2298.

Opinion filed September 1, 2000.

An appeal from the Circuit Court for Taylor County; James Roy Bean, Judge.

Gary J. Anton and Stephen L. Spector of Stowell, Anton Kraemer, Tallahassee, and W. Dexter Douglass of Douglass, Cooper, Coppins, Tallahassee, for the Appellant.

Gregory Stuart Parker of Smith, Smith Parker, Perry, and Michael F. Coppins of Cooper, Coppins Monroe, Tallahassee, for the Appellee.
