Judgment affirmed, without costs of this appeal to either party. All concur. (The judgment dismisses a claim against the State for damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained by reason of plaintiff's having fallen on a claimed defective sidewalk in front of defendant's armory in the city of Rochester.)
