On April 10, 2023, the parties filed Computation for Entry of Decision (Doc. 114), which stated that "a proposed decision * * * is being lodged concurrently with the computation." The proposed decision (which is signed by both parties) was not lodged separately. Instead, the proposed decision is attached to the parties' Computation.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that, on or before May 3, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court, as an independent document, the proposed stipulated decision attached to the Computation for Entry of Decision.
