ORDER

This case was called from the calendar at the Court's February 13, 2023, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Trial Session. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioners. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. Respondent filed with the Court during the trial session, a decision document. Respondent requested an additional thirty (30) days to submit the related settlement stipulation, which petitioners had inadvertently failed to also sign.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before March 15, 2023, the parties shall submit to the Court the settlement stipulation or a status report (preferably a joint status report) informing the Court of the then-present status of the case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court.
