On June 17, 2022, Mr. Simpson filed a motion to disqualify counsel, David Lennon, "as an authorized attorney to represent any petitioner in this U.S. Tax Court litigation and all related cases." Mr. Simpson's case is one of five consolidated cases before the court. Mr. Lennon represents petitioners in two of the cases at Docket Nos. 6791-20 and 10830-20. On August 2, 2022, a substitution of counsel was filed in those two cases and Mr. Lennon withdrew as counsel for petitioners. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that Mr. Simpson's motion to disqualify counsel filed June 17, 2022, is denied as moot.
