This case was called from the calendar of the Court's San Antonio, Texas trial session conducted remotely on September 27, 2021. Prior to the session, on August 30, 2021, petitioners' counsel filed a Motion for Leave to File Expert Report. On September 3, 2021, counsel for respondent filed a Motion in Limine. The Court set respondent's Motion in Limine for hearing at the aforementioned trial session. Both parties appeared and were heard. Upon due consideration, and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion in Limine, filed September 3, 2021, is granted. It is further

ORDERED that petitioners' Motion to For Leave to File Expert Report, filed August 30, 2021, is denied as moot.
