This case was called from the calendar of the Court's San Antonio, Texas trial session conducted remotely on September 27, 2021. Prior to the session, on August 30, 2021, petitioners' counsel filed a Motion for Leave to File Expert Report. On September 3, 2021, counsel for respondent filed a Motion in Limine.
