ORDER

This case is scheduled for trial at the remote trial session of the Court scheduled to commence at San Antonio, Texas, on September 27, 2021. On September 3, 2021, respondent filed a motion in limine. On September 21, 2021 the Court issued an Order which, among other actions, set the motion for hearing on September 27, 2021 at 10:00 AM CT (docket entry no. 84). The Order inadvertently identified the motion in limine filed on September 3, 2021 as "petitioners'". For cause, it is

ORDERED that the seventh ordered paragraph of the Court's Order of September 21, 2021 (docket entry no. 84), is amended to read as follows:

"ORDERED that respondent's September 3, 2021, Motion in Limine is set for a remote hearing at the above-referenced trial session on September 27, 2021, at 10:00 AM (CT)."

It is further

ORDERED that, in all other respects, the Court's Order of September 21, 2021 (docket entry no. 84), remains in full force and effect.
