TODD SIMPSON & STEPHANNIE SIWIK-SIMPSON, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

On July 22, 2023, petitioners filed a First Amendment to Petition. Also on July 22, 2023, petitioners filed a Second Amendment to Petition. On July 25, 2023, petitioners filed a Third Amended Petition, which appears substantially duplicative of the two documents filed by petitioners on July 22, 2023. On July 26, 2023, the Court issued a Notice of Docket Change changing the title of that document to First Amended Petition.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' First Amendment to Petition and Second Amendment to Petition are deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
