This case is calendared for hearing on the Commissioner's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2020 and Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim Upon Which Relief Can be Granted for Taxable Year 2019 at the special session of the Court scheduled to commence on Wednesday, July 19, 2023.
