ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE


On March 4, 2003, this court issued an Order to Show Cause why this case should not be dismissed. On March 13, 2003, Plaintiff filed a Response stating that default or summary judgment was appropriate and that it would file a "motion for summary judgment at the earliest possible moment." Plaintiff has filed nothing since and has taken no action to prosecute its case. It is therefore

ORDERED that Plaintiff shall file any dispositive motion within ten days from the entry of this Order. If Plaintiff fails to do so, this case will be dismissed without further notice or hearing.
