ORDER


Plaintiff's motion to compel discovery (Pleading No. 32) is DENIED. No initial pretrial order has yet been entered in this case and the Court, in its discretion, determines that discovery in this case shall await the entry of a formal scheduling order after an initial pretrial conference. An initial pretrial conference will be scheduled after a ruling is entered on pending dispositive motions.
