ORDER

Adam B. Landy, Special Trial Judge

This case is calendared for trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence at Atlanta, Georgia on October 11, 2022.

On October 4, 2022, respondent filed two status reports and advised that a basis for settlement has been reached. The reports further state that the parties are working towards executing the proposed stipulated decision document and filing it with the Court prior to trial session. Notwithstanding, the Court will provide additional time to allow the parties to file a proposed stipulated decision document at a later date.

Upon due consideration of respondent's status reports and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above-referenced trial session, and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on October 11, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before November 30, 2022, the parties shall electronically file a proposed stipulated decision or status report (preferably a joint report) to inform the Court of the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned.
