Before Division Four: Cynthia L. Martin, Chief Judge, Presiding, Alok Ahuja, Judge and Thomas N. Chapman, Judge

ORDER

Per curiam: Justin R. Simon appeals from the motion court's denial of his post-conviction motion following an evidentiary hearing. Simon argues that it was clear error to deny the motion because his trial counsel was ineffective for filing to object to the submission of verdict directors for those counts which the State orally dismissed during the instruction conference. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
