Action in trover to recover value of bonds alleged to have been converted by the defendant. Judgment for plaintiff for one cent damages.

Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Wells M. Cook, Judge, presiding. Heard in the third division of this court for the first district at the March term, 1924.
