Trover to recover value of bonds alleged to have been converted by defendant. Judgment for plaintiff for one cent damages. For opinion on former appeal see 237 Ill. App. 651, rev'd 321 Ill. 431.

Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Wells M. Cook, Judge, presiding. Heard in the third division of this court for the first district at the March term, 1924.

Reversed with a finding of fact and judgment for plaintiff in this court.
