ORDER
Elizabeth Crewson Paris, Judge.
This case is calendared for trial at the February 7, 2022, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma remote Trial Session of the Court. In accordance with the Standing Pretrial Order, the parties shall begin discussing settlement and/or preparation of a stipulation of facts (facts on which the parties agree) as soon as possible. All minor issues should be settled so that the Judge can focus on the issue(s) needing a decision. All facts and documents shall be stipulated (agreed upon in writing) to the maximum extent possible.
After due consideration and for cause, it is
ORDERED that, on or before January 21, 2022, petitioner shall inform the Court of the following information: (1) current contact telephone number(s), (2) current home address, (3) current email address, and (4) technology you plan on using to participate in zoom.gov. It is further
ORDERED that, on or January 21, 2022, the parties shall submit a proposed decision document or file a joint report with the Court as to the then present status of this case. It is further
ORDERED that if the parties do not submit a proposed decision document, on or before January 21, 2022, the parties shall file a Stipulation of Facts together with all stipulated documents. Documents and pages should be numbered for parties to identify documents and pages within documents easily.
