DAVID SIMON, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes Judge

This case was on the January 30, 2023 Los Angeles, California trial calendar. We continued it because petitioner said he had additional documents that he believed would substantiate his deductions that the IRS had denied. That has not happened -- respondent has reported that petitioner had been ill for several weeks. Petitioner now promises to do so by March 29. It is therefore

ORDERED that on or before April 28, 2023 the parties shall submit settlement documents or respondent shall file a status report to describe their progress.
