Appellants having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from a decree of the Jefferson County Surrogate's Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of said court on September 6, 2016,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Jon A. Cirando, Esq., sworn to April 17, 2017, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered March 6, 2017, is hereby amended by deleting the date April 17, 2017, and inserting in its place the date June 19, 2017.
Memorandum: No further extensions of time to perfect the appeal will be granted.
