Now, upon reading and filing the affidavits of John A. Cirando, Esq., sworn to February 17, 2017, and March 2, 2017, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Julian B. Modesti, Esq., sworn to February 28, 2017, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered December 19, 2016, is hereby amended by deleting the date February 17, 2017, and inserting in its place the date April 17, 2017.
