Lower Tribunal No. CF01-1655.

The petition for a writ of prohibition is hereby transferred to the Circuit Court of the Seventh Judicial Circuit in and for St. Johns County, Florida (Case No. CF01-1655), for consideration as a motion for postconviction relief filed pursuant to either Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850 or 3.800(a).
