We affirm upon the authority of Rule 3.140(g) of the Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure; State v. Miller, 313 So.2d 656 (Fla. 1975); and Hurtado v. California, 110 U.S. 516, 4 S.Ct. 111, 28 L.Ed. 232 (1884).

AFFIRMED.
