The petition for writ of mandamus is hereby dismissed. See Tyson v. Florida Bar, 826 So.2d 265, 267 n. 1, 268 (Fla. 2002) (holding that complaining witness is not a party to Bar disciplinary proceeding and, as such, has no clear legal right to have the Bar proceed with disciplinary charges against an attorney).
