ORDER

Elizabeth Crewson Paris Judge.

This case is calendared for trial at the April 17, 2023, Dallas, Texas Trial Session of the Court.

On March 27, 2023, docket entry 14, the parties filed with the Court a Joint Status Report which indicates that the parties have reached a basis for settlement of all issues in this case and are currently waiting for computations to be completed. The parties request ninety (90) days to submit a stipulated decision document to the Court.

After due consideration, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court until further notice. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the April 17, 2023, Dallas, Texas Trial Session, and this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before June 26, 2023, the parties shall submit decision documents or file a Joint Status Report with the Court as to the then-present status of this case.
