Before KELLER, P.J., CUNNINGHAM, BALDRIGE, STADTFELD, PARKER, RHODES and HIRT, JJ. Order affirmed.

Petition and rule to open judgment confessed on note.

Rule to open judgment made absolute, opinion by BARTHOLD, J. Plaintiff appealed.

Error assigned was the action of the court below in making absolute the rule to open judgment

MEMORANDUM DECISION.


The court being of opinion that, under all the evidence taken on the rule to open the above judgment, the court below was not guilty of an abuse of discretion in opening the judgment, the order is affirmed.
